I don't even know how to start this post... During these -almost- five years, this blog has been an exciting journey I've learnt a lot with. I remember when I started I had no idea of how all of this worked, but step by step I learnt.

Of course, it depends from the perspective you look at things, but 5 years is quite a long time and, as you know, we're constantly growing up. These past 5 years have been crazy to me, I had to make one of the most important decisions in my life and thanks to this blog I found out that my passion is to communicate. I've been studying communication for the last 4 years and as you'd probably understand, the past Lucía is not anymore behind the computer.

The girl who started writing in this blog didn't make for any purpose, just to share it with people. When I started I didn't know what to do and I started reading other blogs to know what kind of things people shared in their websites. So the content I posted was a mix of those blogs I read and now that my knowledge is wider, I can say that this wasn't 100% me.

My vision about this blogger world has changed in a more professional way and though I tried to change the perspective in the last years, it's not what I am anymore. I'm not satisfied keeping this as my blog, when I know I can do something bigger and better. So, as you can imagine, the day has come.

Today I'm officially writing the last post of Isluciaferrero. But this isn't a goodbye. I'm gonna keep posting on my Instagram profile and if you have to know something about me is that I never stop thinking new things and who knows...

 I'm sad for this, but I'm ending periods and I feel like this needed to end here. I don't want to end this without saying THANK YOU for reading me during these 5 years. This has been the best part of all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Ni siquiera sé cómo empezar este post.... Durante estos -casi- cinco años, este blog ha sido un viaje emocionante con el que he aprendido mucho. Recuerdo que cuando empecé no tenía idea de cómo funcionaba todo esto, pero poco a poco fui aprendiendo.

Por supuesto, depende de la perspectiva desde la que se mire, pero 5 años es mucho tiempo y, como sabéis, el ser humano está creciendo constantemente. Estos últimos años han sido una locura para mí, tuve que tomar una de las decisiones más importantes de mi vida y gracias a este blog descubrí que mi pasión es la comunicación. Durante los últimos 4 años, he estado estudiando comunicación y, como probablemente comprenderéis, la Lucía del pasado ya no es la misma que ahora está detrás de la pantalla.

La chica que empezó a escribir en este blog no tenía ningún propósito, sólo compartir cosas con la gente. Cuando empecé no sabía qué hacer y empecé a leer otros blogs para saber qué tipo de cosas compartían las personas en sus sitios web. Así que el contenido que publicaba era una mezcla de los blogs que leía y ahora, que mi conocimiento es más amplio, puedo decir que no era 100% yo.

Mi visión sobre los blogs ha cambiado a una manera más profesional y aunque he intentado cambiar la perspectiva en los últimos años, ya no es lo que soy. No me conformo con mantener este blog, cuando sé que puedo hacer algo más grande y mejor. Así que, como podéis imaginar, ha llegado el día.

Hoy estoy escribiendo oficialmente el último post de Isluciaferrero. Pero esto no es una despedida. Voy a seguir creando contenido en mi perfil de Instagram y si algo tenéis que saber sobre mí es que nunca dejo de pensar en cosas nuevas y quién sabe....

Siento tristeza, pero están acabando algunas etapas por a mí y siento que esto tiene que terminar aquí, que es el momento. No quiero acabar esto sin daros las GRACIAS por leerme durante estos 5 años. Esta ha sido la mejor parte de todas. Gracias de todo corazón.

I had never gone to a festival before and this, apart from being my very first one, it was a special occasion because it was Ana's birthday present. Lollapalooza Berlin is perfect for those ones who love good music, fashion, photography and having fun! I felt very creative there and we created a lot of content, like these pictures or the video you will have soon on my YouTube Channel.

For my outfits, I decided to take two different styles: the first one a leopard total look (super risky) and for the second and last day I chose a boho total black look, with floral print which added a touch of color. My hairstyles were so simple, especially the first day. I just curled my hair and I made some little braids randomly. The second day I did a French braid in my bangs and put a lot of glitter on it. Last but not least, I risked more than usual with my makeup and I decided to stand out the eyes with different eyeshadows, basically because eating and drinking lipstick disappears pretty fast. And of course, a festival makeup look needs more glitter.

Lollapalooza Berlin has been one of the best experiences and I really hope to go back!

Nunca antes había ido a un festival y, además de ser el primero, era una ocasión especial porque era el regalo de cumpleaños de Ana. El Lollapalooza Berlin es perfecto para aquéllos a los que nos gusta la buena música, la moda, la fotografía y la diversión. Allí me sentí muy creativa y creamos mucho contenido, como estas fotos o el video que tendréis pronto en mi canal de YouTube.

Para mis outfits, decidí llevarme dos estilos diferentes: el primero un total look de leopardo (súper arriesgado) y para el segundo y último día elegí un look total black boho, con estampado floral que añadió un toque de color. Mis peinados fueron muy fáciles, especialmente el del primer día. Solo me ricé el pelo y me hice algunas trencitas al tuntún. El segundo día, me hice una trenza de raíz para recogerme el flequillo y me puse mucha purpurina encima. Por último, arriesgué más de lo habitual con mi maquillaje y para ambos días, decidí resaltar los ojos con diferentes sombras de ojos, básicamente porque comiendo y bebiendo el labial dura nada y menos. Y, por supuesto, un look de maquillaje festivalero necesita más purpurina

El Lollapalooza Berlín ha sido una de las mejores experiencias y ¡realmente espero volver!

Saying goodbye to summer is always hard, especially when holidays are over and we have to go back to school (or routine, which is even harder). But if something makes it easier is that September is the fashion month. Fashion weeks start and our favorite stores launch their new collections and this means that new trends are coming (or getting back) and it's time to change our wardrobe or at least to add some new garments to our collection. That's why today we bring you the ultimate fashion trends guide for this autumn/winter. Let's start!

1. Denim fever
Denim pieces are essential and at this point, we're sure you're all have a denim jacket and a pair of jeans (actually we bet you have more than a pair). This season we're taking it to another level, because we're gonna wear denim from head to toes. Besides, this autumn / winter we're gonna replace our blue jeans for maroon or beige, which is great because jeans can be matched with many kind of clothes and with these new colors, we can easily update our outfits.


2. Clueless print
Who would've tell Cher that we we would be wearing her clothes 20 years later! Her unmistakable check print is back and it promises to become the print of the season. In many colors, garments, accessories and styles, we're sure you will find your ideal piece. And if you like to risk, you can go with a total check look, you can't go wrong with it!


3. Wild print
And talking about prints, we couldn't forget about animal print, especially about the king: leopard print. It came back last winter, but shyly. It wasn't until this summer when we started seeing it all over the places, in all kind of garments and accessories and this autumn/winter the fever's still high. And not only leopard, you can find other animal prints, like snake (which is pretty trendy right now). You love it or you hate it, but we do love it. Anyway, we admit it can be sometimes difficult to combine, that's why you can't miss our guide.


4. Corduroy explosion
Corduroy is the perfect trend for autumn / winter. Last year, we started wearing it and it was so popular that this year we can find it in more garments, colors and accessories. But this isn't everything: this year, corduroy total looks are gonna be super cool, especially with ankle boots.


5. Neon colors
Saying goodbye suddenly to all summer things is difficult, that's why we sometimes need to cling to something, summer memories or summer clothes. Neon colors is a late summer trend inspired by Kim Kardashian and though not so many people have dared to wear it in summer, we think we're gonna see it more in autumn winter. Zara bet on it and it seems that people have liked it, because this neon green sweater is already sold out!

6. Baggy pants
This new trend is a bit polemical and complicated. If we have resisted some years to start wearing bell bottoms (again), we can imagine it's gonna be complicated for wide-leg jeans. They aren't flattering and they're very different from the fashion trends we have been wearing these years. However, we recommend you to have a pair of these on your closet, because as they have a different shape, they can help you when you can't decide what to wear!


7. Versace baby
Sometimes the most popular fashion brands create new trends that take the leap from the best runways to street style. Lately it's happening a lot. Balenciaga, Gucci and of course, Versace, are an example of this fact. Specifically, Versace has become more popular because of their characteristic print that now, low cost stores are reproducing, like Zara. It has bet on this print and we can find several garments with the print on it. Again, it's a difficult print to combine, but if you match it with basic pieces, you can get a very special look.


8. Dungarees and worker jumpsuits
The best thing about this trend is that we don't have to think a lot about how to combine them. Depending on the season, you can wear them with a top or a sweater. But the best thing is that they're very comfortable and with the accessories you can make it look more casual or elegant.


9. Oversize blazer
Blazers are always an essential garment, but this season even more. You can find them with check print, stripes, animal print or plain. It's the best way to add an elegant touch to any outfit. And if you want a more original look, you can play with different accessories, such as belt bags.


10. Colorful puffer jackets
These ones were a huge success last year and many of us couldn't get one because they were all sold out. Luckily this season, they have been launched again and we can get one. It's perfect because we can get a sporty look combining them with a pair of jeans and sneakers. Besides, they're so cozy! You can find them in different colors, such as lilac, red, green or yellow.

TENDENCIAS: LO QUE VAMOS A LLEVAR EL PRÓXIMO OTOÑO/INVIERNO

Decir adiós al verano siempre es difícil, sobre todo cuando se terminan las vacaciones y tenemos que volver a la escuela (o rutina, que es aún más difícil). Pero si algo lo hace más fácil es que septiembre es el mes de la moda. Comienzan las semanas de moda y nuestras tiendas favoritas lanzan sus nuevas colecciones y esto significa que vienen nuevas tendencias (o vuelven) y es hora de cambiar nuestro armario o al menos de agregar algunas prendas nuevas a nuestra colección. Es por eso que hoy os traemos la guía definitiva con las tendencias para este otoño / invierno. ¡Empecemos!

1. Fiebre denim
Las piezas  denim son esenciales y en este punto, estamos seguras de que todas vosotras tenéis una chaqueta tejana y unos jeans (de hecho, apostamos a que tenéis más de un par). Esta temporada lo llevaremos a otro nivel, porque vamos a usar denim de los pies a la cabeza. Además, este otoño / invierno vamos a reemplazar nuestros jeans azules por el marrón o beige, lo cual es genial porque los jeans pueden combinarse con muchos tipos de ropa y con estos nuevos colores, podemos actualizar fácilmente nuestros conjuntos.

2. Clueless
Quién le hubiera dicho a Cher que vestiríamos su ropa 20 años después... Su inconfundible estampado está de vuelta y promete convertirse en el print de la temporada. En muchos colores, prendas, accesorios y estilos, estamos seguras de que encontraréis vuestra pieza ideal. Y si os gusta arriesgar, podéis apostar por un total look de cuadros, ¡sin miedo!

3. Estampado salvaje
Y hablando de estampados, no podíamos olvidarnos del animal print, especialmente del rey: el estampado de leopardo. Volvió el invierno pasado, pero lo hizo tímidamente. No ha sido sino hasta este verano cuando hemos empezado a verlo en todos los lugares, en todo tipo de prendas y accesorios, y este otoño / invierno la fiebre continúa. Y no solo por el leopardo, sino por otros estampados salvajes como el de serpiente (que está muy de moda en este momento). Lo amas o lo odias, pero nosotras somos más de amarlo. De todos modos, admitimos que a veces puede ser difícil de combinar, es por eso que no puedes perderte nuestra guía.

4. Explosión de pana
La pana es la tendencia perfecta para el otoño / invierno. El año pasado, comenzamos a verla de nuevo y fue tal el boom que este año, la podemos encontrar en más prendas, colores y accesorios. Pero esto no es todo: este año, los total looks de pana van a ser lo más, sobre todo con botines.

5. Colores neón
Decir adiós de repente a todas las cosas del verano es difícil, es por eso que a veces tenemos que aferrarnos a algo, a los recuerdos o la ropa. Los colores de neón son una tendencia de finales de verano inspirada en Kim Kardashian y aunque no tanta gente se ha atrevido a usarla en verano, creemos que la vamos a ver más este otoño / invierno. Zara ha apostado por la tendencia y parece que a la gente le ha gustado, ¡porque este suéter verde neón ya está agotado!

6. Pantalones súper anchos
Esta nueva tendencia es un poco polémica y complicada. Si nos hemos resistido algunos años a comenzar a usar pantalones de campana (otra vez), podemos imaginar que los pantalones de pata de elefante lo van a tener difícil. No son favorecedores y son muy diferentes de las tendencias que hemos estado usando estos años. Sin embargo, os recomendamos que tengáis un par de estos en vuestro armario, porque como tienen una forma diferente, pueden ayudaros a decidir cuando no sepáis qué poneros.

7. Versace baby
A veces, las marcas de moda más populares crean nuevas tendencias que dan el salto de las pasarelas a la calle. Últimamente está sucediendo mucho. Balenciaga, Gucci y, por supuesto, Versace, son un ejemplo de esto. Sobre todo, Versace se ha vuelto más popular debido a su estampado característico que ahora, las tiendas de bajo coste están reproduciendo, como Zara. La grande de Inditex ha apostado por esta impresión y podemos encontrar varias prendas con este estampado. De nuevo, es difícil de combinar, pero si apostáis por piezas básicas, podéis conseguir un look muy especial.

8. Petos y monos de trabajador
Lo mejor de esta tendencia es que no tenemos que pensar mucho sobre cómo combinarlos. Dependiendo de la temporada, podéis usarlos con un top o un suéter. Pero lo mejor es que son muy cómodos y con los accesorios podéis hacer que se vea más informal o elegante.

9. Oversize blazer
Los blazers son siempre una prenda esencial, pero esta temporada aún más. Podéis encontrarlos de cuadros, rayas, animal print o lisos. Es la mejor manera de agregar un toque elegante a cualquier outfit. Y si queréis un aspecto más original, podéis jugar con diferentes accesorios, como riñoneras.

10. Chaquetas puffy
Estas fueron un gran éxito el año pasado y muchas de nosotras no pudimos conseguir una porque estaban agotadísimas. Afortunadamente esta temporada, se han lanzado nuevamente y podemos hacernos con una. Son perfectas porque podemos conseguir un look muy sporty combinándolos con un par de jeans y sneakers. Además, son muy calentitas. Podéis encontrarlas en diferentes colores, como lila, rojo, verde o amarillo.
