I'm lately obsessed with vintage style. Many trends are coming back and I'm very happy with that, but there are many other things that never get old, like Coca-cola and that's why this company is so important. Present but vintage I bought this tee in the Pull & Bear's men section and I got it only for 2€. Red is one of the colors of the season and I think it's a basic. You have many possibilities to combine it, in this case I went for mum jeans and combat boots. To make the tee a bit more feminine, I rolled up the sleeves and matched it with different red accessories like these vintage round glasses I bought in Camden and I'm obsessed with, and my phone case from Oxford Circus.

To take different pictures, I bought a coke and I think the result of the pictures is so great! (Also because Ana was the one who took them!). For the atrezzo, we went to Tibidabo, a church and a theme park you can't miss if you come to Barcelona. But when we got there, we realized it was closed, so we had to improvise the location and the pictures. But sometimes unplanned plans are the best, because while we were taking pictures, a Coca-cola truck appeared and we used it to take more photos. It was so in balance that you guys asked me a lot if I was working for Coca-cola, but I wasn't! It all was just a coincidence! By the way, this is a not a sponsored post.

Vintage es el nuevo negro

Últimamente estoy obsesionada con el estilo vintage. Muchas tendencias están volviendo y estoy muy contenta, pero hay muchas otras cosas que nunca envejecen, como Coca-Cola y es por eso que esta empresa es tan importante. Actual pero vintage, compré esta camiseta en la sección de hombres de Pull & Bear y la conseguí por sólo 2€. El rojo es uno de los colores de la temporada y creo que es básico. Tiene muchas posibilidades para combinarlo, en este caso yo opté por unos mum jeans y botas militares. Para hacer el camiseta un poco más femenina, me arremangué las mangas y la combiné con diferentes accesorios rojos como estas gafas redondas vintage que compré en Camden y con las que estoy obsesionada, y mi funda del móvil de Oxford Circus.

Para hacer fotos originales y diferentes, compré una Coca-cola y creo que el resultado de las imágenes es genial. (¡También porque fue Ana quien las hizo!). Para el atrezzo, fuimos al Tibidabo, una iglesia y un parque de atracciones que no os podéis perder si venís a Barcelona. Pero cuando llegamos allí, nos dimos cuenta de que estaba cerrado, así que tuvimos que improvisar la ubicación y las fotos. Pero a veces los planes improvisados son los mejores, porque mientras hacíamos las fotos, apareció un camión de Coca-Cola y lo usamos de fondo. Estaba todo tan equilibrado que muchos me preguntasteis si estaba trabajando para Coca-Cola, ¡pero no! ¡Fue sólo una coincidencia! Por cierto, este post no está patrocinado.

Everybody has their own ways to escape some minutes from reality. That reality where we all sometimes drown in, that reality that sometimes hit us on our face and hurts. We all need calm after the storm, we all need rain after the drought.
My painkiller is the beach, specifically the sea. It makes me think about how little we are. We live in a huge world, but we're lucky to belong somewhere. To belong to someone, but most important, to belong to ourselves. We're little pieces that coincided in the same moment and in the same place. Call it fate or coincidence, but we're here for a reason and that's we all have to find out.

Waves that come and go, like problems and stuff. Everything is temporary, so enjoy the comings and say bye to the goings. Enjoy the wind that hits your face and takes the negative. Inhale life and exhale the things that make you unhappy.

That's why I love the sea and though I live pretty close, it was a longtime since the last time I breathed there. This first semester of university has been crazy and I've been through some emotionally ups and downs. I'm a person who gives everything to the projects, who works with mind and heart; but sometimes everything is not enough and I do my bit, but, as it's normal, it exhausts me. That made me frustrated, because I couldn't do all the things I wanted to do and when I had some time-out I was uninspired. If I had to choose what's the engine that makes me do everything like I do it, with no doubt, it'd be inspiration. Inspiration to write, to film, to edit videos, to take pictures, even to get dressed or to do my makeup. Sea inspires me to do everything and to keep being myself.

So last Monday, Marc, Yula and I went to the beach to take some pictures and though I've been sick for the past week, it felt like an instant cure. I let my imagination fly and we got beautiful pictures I'm showing you in one of the next posts. But the most important thing is that we spent a good time, laughing and catching up. Appreciating the moment.

Escapa

Todos tenemos nuestras formas de escapar de la realidad por escasos minutos. Esa realidad en la que todos a veces nos ahogamos, esa realidad que a veces nos golpea en la cara y duele. Todos nosotros necesitamos calma después de la tormenta, todos necesitamos lluvia después de la sequía.

Mi calmante es la playa, en concreto el mar. Me hace pensar en lo pequeños que somos. Vivimos en un mundo enorme, pero tenemos la suerte de pertenecer a algún sitio. De pertenecer a alguien, pero lo más importante, de pertenecernos a nosotros mismos. Somos pequeñas piezas que coincidimos en el mismo momento y en el mismo lugar. Llámalo destino o coincidencia, pero estamos aquí por una razón y eso es todo lo que tenemos que descubrir.

Olas que van y vienen, como problemas y esas cosas. Todo es temporal, así que disfruta de las venidas y di adiós a las idas. Disfruta del viento que golpea tu cara y que se lleva lo negativo. Inhala la vida y exhala las cosas que te hacen infeliz.

Por eso me encanta el mar y aunque vivo muy cerca, ha pasado un tiempo desde la última vez que respiré allí. Este primer semestre de la universidad ha sido una locura y he pasado por algunos altibajos emocionales. Soy una persona que lo da todo en los proyectos, que trabaja con la mente y que pone el corazón en lo que hace; pero a veces darlo todo no es suficiente y pongo de mi parte, pero, como es normal, me agota. Eso me ha hecho estar frustrada, porque no podía hacer todas las cosas que quería hacer y cuando tenía un ratito libre, estaba falta de inspiración. Si tuviera que elegir cuál es el motor por el que hago todo lo que hago, sin duda, sería la inspiración. Inspiración para escribir, para grabar, para editar videos, para hacer fotos, e incluso para vestirme o maquillarme. El mar me inspira a hacer todo esto y a seguir siendo yo misma.

Así que el lunes pasado, Marc, Yula y yo fuimos a la playa a tomar algunas fotos y, aunque llevaba una semana constipada y malita, me pareció una cura instantánea. Dejé volar mi imaginación y conseguimos fotos increíbles que os enseñaré pronto en un post. Pero lo más importante es que pasamos un buen rato, riéndonos y poniéndonos al día. Apreciando el momento.

It's been such a long time since I posted the last outfit (I don't even remember it), but it isn't because I didn't want to. Two weeks ago I went to spend the day on the mountains and I decided to take some clothes to shoot some outfits for you.

This one is my favorite, basically because I'm wearing my favorite jacket of the season. As you know, corduroy is very trendy this year, besides it's very cozy, so if you're looking for the perfect cozy jacket, you should go into this one! I matched it with a green cozy sweater my grandma did to me some years ago, my black buttoned skirt and my favorite platforms. I specially love this combo for the autumn vintage vibes. As you could see on my Instagram, I spent the weekend in Amsterdam and though I don't want to say much because you'll see everything on a post and on a video, I have to tell you that it was amazing and I absolutely loved it! So stay tuned!

Otoño tardío y vintage

Hacía un montón desde que subí el último outfit (tanto que ni me acuerdo), pero ganas no me faltaban. Hace unas dos semanas fui a pasar el día a la montaña y decidí llevarme alguna ropa para hacer algunas fotos de outfits para vosotras.

Éste es mi favorito, básicamente porque llevo mi chaqueta favorita de la temporada. Como sabéis, la pana este año está muy de moda y además es súper calentita, así que si estáis buscando la chaqueta calentita perfecta, ¡deberíais compraros ésta! La combiné con un jersey verde que me hizo mi abuela hace unos años, mi falda negra abotonada y mis plataformas favoritas. Sobre todo me encanta este outfit por el aire vintage y otoñal que tiene. ¿Qué os parece a vosotras?

Como habéis podido ver en mi Instagram, este fin de semana he estado en Ámsterdam y a pesar de que no os quiero decir mucho porque lo veréis todo por aquí y en un vídeo, tengo que deciros que es increíble y que me ha encantado muchísimo. ¡Así que estad atentas!
