When things dont go right, go left!

Sometimes things don’t go as planned, Ana and I can tell you. In February, she came to Barcelona and we took advantage to create together, so we decided to go to El Tibidabo to do a photoshoot. El Tibidabo is a very cool location here, you have breathtaking views of Barcelona, a very nice church and an amusement park (so you have to go there if you ever come to Barcelona). So to take different pictures, I chose different outfits and I took my suitcase.

It was a long way to get there, because you have to take a funicular, but the experience was so funny, basically because Ana and I always have fun in the weirdest places and situations.

So, as you can imagine, when we got there something came up: the amusement park was closed (it closes during the winter to check all the rides). You can imagine our faces, but instead of getting disappointed, we made it out and we had so much fun laughing about how much losers we are. And that’s what I wanted to tell you today, sometimes not everything is about the sommet, but the climb. We had an idea of shooting and we couldn’t do it the way we wanted, but it’s about improvising and solving the problems as they come.

These are the pictures we took. We couldn’t get close to the ferris wheel, but we managed ourselves to show in the pictures that at least, we tried. Despite everything, Ana and I loved the pictures. It was a long time since our last photoshoot and we both were looking really forward to create. Hope you enjoy the result!

Cuando las cosas no vayan bien, ¡cambia de dirección!

A veces las cosas no van como las planeas, Ana y yo podemos decírtelo. En febrero, ella vino a Barcelona y aprovechamos para crear juntas, así que decidimos ir al Tibidabo para hacer fotos. El Tibidabo es una localización súper chula, tienes unas vistas impresionantes de la ciudad, una iglesia gigantesca y un parque de atracciones (así que ya sabéis: si venís a Barcelona, tiene que estar en vuestra lista). Para hacer fotos diferentes, escogí diferentes outfits y me los llevé en la maleta. Había un buen trozo hasta llegar allí, porque tenías que coger un funicular, pero la experiencia fue súper divertida, básicamente porque Ana y yo nos lo pasamos genial en los sitios y situaciones más raros.

Así que, como ya os podéis imaginar, cuando llegamos allí algo nos pasó: el parque de atracciones estaba cerrado (cierran durante el invierno para revisar las atracciones). Os podéis imaginar nuestras caras, pero en vez de darnos por vencidas, lo solucionamos y nos lo pasamos genial riéndonos de lo losers que llegamos a ser. Y eso es lo qu os quería decir hoy, a veces no todo se trata de la meta, sino de disfrutar el camino. Teníamos una idea de fotos que no pudimos hacer, pero se trata de improvisar y solucionar los problemas como vienen.

Éstas son las fotos que hicimos. No nos pudimos acercar más a la noria, pero nos las apañamos para que se viese en las fotos que al menos lo intentamos. A pesar de todo, a Ana y a mí nos gustaron mucho las fotos. Hacía mucho que no hacíamos una sesión y las dos estábamos deseando ponernos a crear juntas. ¡Espero que disfrutéis del resultado!
