Writing about feelings is hard. And from the inside as well. There are silly days and silly people everyday. And today I had dosis of both (lucky me). But there are also special days and days to remember. Days, months, summers or winters. I may talk about brevity, about how the time flies and how memories from the past come back and I have to admit that it hurts a little.

Maybe it was all because of this quote: "Lena found out that goodbyes are something horrible, they let a big hole in our chest and they produce a pain that does not have any medication, only time can heal it. It's similar to death, but as they are reversible are easier to manage".

Goodbyes and feelings, feelings that say goodbye. Good bye. I miss you. Not me, but my feelings. They miss the person, they miss that happiness to become addicted to and that one which leaves you breathless. They miss the affection, the dedication, the care and the passion. They do, not me. Well, a little, to be honest.

I don't want to remember, but I do. Goodbye means crying and heartbreak. A goodbye means, sorry for being so redundant, saying goodbye and not seeing each other anymore, or at least, not at the same way, not with the same eyes. Because time flies and nothing's the same, Heraclitus said it once: "No man steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man". So not you, not me, nor that thing nameless we had. Simple, without boundaries, without etiquettes. Only two minds attracted and two bodies in unison.

Two separated souls that bump into each other. Like if it was an American movie: a girl bump into a boy, the girl throws the books and the boy helps her. They exchange looks and love appears. Something similar? Yes, fast, brief and effective.

Days of love and days you would like to get it back, not to feel love, but to laugh, hug and kiss, stare and listen, to be you, the real you. Want of staying in bed. It says: "Listen to what I say, stop the clocks for you and me. Listen to me again, stop the clocks forever. Everything happens too fast, now it's a part of my past. Everything changes so fast, stop the clocks forever, for you and me...".

Clocks that don't listen, time that doesn't stop, memories that come and go, that go and come. Lena was right, goodbyes are something horrible and I don't want to say goodbye anymore. No more sweets, no more temporary brevity, no more bittersweet. The day after, it doesn't go down well with me. No more miles, nor borders.

Despedidas y sentimientos

Plasmar sentimientos es difícil. Hablar desde dentro también. Hay días tontos y tontos todos los días. Hoy he tenido dosis de los dos (lucky me). Pero también hay días buenos y buen(orros) todos los días. Me quedo con lo último. También días especiales y días para recordar. Quien dice días, dice meses, o veranos, o inviernos. O quizás sólo hablo de fugacidad, de tiempo que pasó volando y que en días tontos (como hoy), vienen de vuelta, así como un regreso rápido (al pasado) que duele un poquito.

Quizás todo haya sido por este trocito de libro: “Lena descubrió entonces que las despedidas son algo horrible, que dejan un enorme hueco vacío en el centro del pecho y que producen un dolor que no tiene medicina y que sólo con el tiempo se logra aliviar. En ese sentido, algo parecido a la muerte pero con una reversivilidad que las convierte en llevaderas”.

Despedidas y sentimientos, sentimientos que dicen adiós. Adiós y muy buenas. Te echo de menos. No yo, los sentimientos, digo. Ellos a la persona, ellos a esta otra clase de felicidad que engancha y deja sin aliento. Ellos al cariño y a la entrega, al cuidado y a la pasión. Ellos, yo no. Bueno, un poco, para que engañarnos.

No quiero recordar pero recuerdo. Despedida es igual a lloros, despedida es igual a pinchazo en el corazón. Despedida es, valgame la redundancia, en despedirse y no verse más, al menos, no de la misma manera, no con los mismos ojos. Porque el tiempo pasa, y nadie vuelve a ser igual, que ya lo decía Heráclito, no es que me lo invente yo, que es verdad eso de que ningún hombre puede cruzar el mismo rio dos veces, porque ni el hombre ni el agua serán los mismos. Vamos, que ni tu, ni yo, ni aquello que no tuvo nombre, porque me gusta así. Simple y sin acotamientos, sin etiquetas. Tan solo dos mentes atraídas y dos cuerpos al unísono.

Dos almas separadas que se cruzan. Así, de la nada. Como en las películas americanas “Chica se choca con chico, chica tira los libros y chico le ayuda. Se cruzan miradas y surge el amor”. ¿Algo parecido? Sí, rapido, fugaz y eficaz.

Días de amor y días en los que te gustaría (volver) a tenerlo, para sentir tan fuerte, ya no amor, sino esas ganas de reir, de abrazar y besar, de mirar y escuchar, de ser tu, realmente tu. Ganas de no despertar, de seguir, de parar. Dice algo así, “Escucha lo que te digo, para los relojes para ti y para mi. Escúchame otra vez, para los relojes para siempre”, pero sigue, “Todo pasa muy rápido, ahora es parte de mi pasado; todo cambia demasiado rapido, para los relojes para siempre, para los relojes para ti y para mi…”

Relojes que no escuchan, tiempo que no para, recuerdos que van y vienen, que vienen y van. Lena tenía razón, las despedidas son algo horrible y yo no me quiero despedir más. No más caramelos sin dobles, no más fugacidad pasajera, no más (agri)dulce para la boca. No me sienta bien el día de después. No más kilómetros ni fronteras.

Más amor, pero amor del bueno, del correspondido.
